Records are VG+, sides 2 and 3 have some superficial surface scuffs that won't affect play, sides 1 and 4 have a couple light hairlines but are much closer to NM. The sleeve is VG+, it has some writing on the back cover near the top edge as well as an old price sticker on the front hear the top spine corner. The sleeve also has some general wear and creasing on the corners and edges as well as a small tear at the mouth edge on the back cover near the lower corner and some surface wear and stain spots.
