At Hi-Voltage Records, we want you to rock your new look with total confidence. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
